Does the chocolate come with the wrapper?
This is up to you. You will save on shipping and labor costs by
purchasing the wrappers only. However, if time is a factor we will
gladly wrap them for you.

Do you offer instructions on wrapping the bars?
We will send you instructions on wrapping the candy bars with your
"wrappers only" order.

How do I send you a picture?
You can email the picture in a .jpg format or send a copy in the mail.
(If mailed USPS allow extra time for your order to be delivered). Please get
permission to scan a copyright photo.

Can I preview the wrapper first?
We will email the proof to you for final approval. Please check
very carefully to make sure all your information is correct.

Can orders be returned or cancelled?
Our wrappers are custom made and cannot be returned or cancelled once they
have been printed. Unless we have made a mistake. So please
carefully proof your wrapper.

Will you ship outside the U.S.?
We will ship wrappers only outside the United States.

What method of shipping is used?
We use USPS Priority 2-3 Days or Overnight in a Styrofoam cooler especially
during warmer months. (April - September)
Please make sure someone will be able to receive the package.

How long to receive my order?
Please allow 14 days after receipt of payment. Birth Announcement
Orders will ship within 24 hours of order. Rush orders available.
